Our Team

  • Hariharan Elavarsu

    Co-founder

    Hariharan Elavarsu is an accomplished race karter, with pole positions, race wins, and awards to his name. Despite initially facing a lack of funding, he demonstrated his perseverance and hard work by securing sponsorships from OTK Asia and PaperOne to support his racing career. In his free time, he worked as a freelance mechanic to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanical aspects of racing and enhance his knowledge of the machines.

    After retiring from racing, he teamed up with his best friend and fellow competitor, Pavan Ravishankar, to establish Integrate Motorsports with the same goal of promoting and developing motorsports in Singapore.

  • Pavan Ravishankar

    Co-founder

    With a remarkable list of achievements in both formula cars and karting, Pavan Ravishankar is no stranger to the elite racing scene. His reputation for diligence and hard work is well-known, having honed his skills in local and Asian races before making the transition to Formula Cars. Pavan proved to be a fierce competitor in various series, racking up impressive statistics such as race wins, pole positions and podium finishes while contending with multiple F1 Junior Drivers.

    After retiring from racing and co-founding Integrate Motorsports with Hariharan, Pavan is currently based in Italy, where he manages drivers. As the man behind the scenes, Pavan handles driver contracts, career planning and assembling the right team around them to provide the necessary structure to transform them into professional racing drivers.

  • Akshay Bohra

    Guest Coach

    Akshay began his motorsport journey in karting, achieving notable success in 2018 by finishing third in the ROK Cup International Final (Mini ROK) and repeating this feat in 2019 at the IAME Asia Junior Final. Akshay also clinched the German DKM Championship (OKJ) in 2021.

    Having transitioned to single seaters in 2023, Akshay began working with Integrate Motorsports in 2024 which was also the breakthrough year for him, as he clinched the Euro 4 Championship title and secured fourth place overall in the Italian F4 Championship with US Racing, achieving one win, eight podiums, and four pole positions.

    In 2025, he will take the next step in his career, competing in both the Formula Regional Middle East Championship (FRMEC) and the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine (FRECA) with R-ace GP.

    Integrate Motorsports is excited to have Akshay as one of our guest coaches, where his racing expertise and experience will inspire and guide the next generation of young drivers.

  • Christian Ho

    Guest Coach

    At just 18 years old, Christian Ho is already a well-known figure in the elite international racing community. He has earned a reputation for his impressive performances in the World Karting Championship, regularly winning races and standing on the podium. Christian's talent caught the attention of the Sauber Academy, which signed him on in 2019. With a successful karting career under his belt, Christian has made the transition to Formula Cars where he’s now the 2023 F4 Spanish and 2024 Eurocup-3 vice-champion. He is currently competing with DAMS Lucas Oil in the 2025 FIA F3 Championship.

    Integrate Motorsports is delighted to have Christian as our guest coach. With his experience and success at the highest level of racing, we believe he will be able to offer invaluable advice, knowledge, and tips to our drivers. We consider it a great honor to have him join us.

  • Amin Noorzilan

    Guest Coach

    Amin Noorzilan is a highly respected 4-time race karting champion in Asia, with three Junior Singapore Karting Championships and one ROK Cup Singapore Senior Championship to his name. His incredible performance in the final round of the 2016 ROK Cup, where he finished second against a legendary International grid that included the likes of 3-time World Champion Marco Ardigò and IndyCar driver Christian Lundgaard, is still talked about to this day. Amin is also an experienced coach, having trained drivers like Christian Ho during his cadet days.

    Amin's attention to detail makes him an asset to Integrate Motorsports and our clients, where he will help to maximise the racer in you.
